The home of James and Ronda Wetherbee was built in 1922 for the P.P. Langford family. After purchasing the home a year ago from the Robert Gilbert family, we have developed a new appreciation for older homes. The detail that went into the construction in those days is most impressive.
The kitchen needed remodeling along with the bathrooms. We’ve had the hardwood floors restored and refinished. Painting the inside and outside has been an experience. Also, we added storm windows which will not only help pay for themselves in a few years by the savings on our gas and electric bills, but will also serve to prolong the life of the wood windows. God has definitely given us the home we always dreamed of, and more!
